Request period
Contact support within 30 days of delivery to request an eligible return, unless applicable law provides a different right. Obtain return instructions before mailing anything.
Item condition
Returnable goods should be unused, complete, and in their original condition with accessories and packaging. Inspect the product before assembly, installation, bulb fitting, charging, or connection to power.
Electrical and installation condition
Installation marks, cut wires, fitted bulbs, scratches, stains, heat damage, moisture exposure, alterations, or missing components can affect eligibility, except where law or a verified defect requires a remedy.
How to request
Email service@gavelqia.com with the order number, item, reason, and clear photographs if relevant. Follow the return destination and packaging instructions we provide.
Shipping costs
Customers generally pay for preference, size, color, compatibility, or change-of-mind returns. We review costs for verified wrong, defective, damaged, or incomplete goods.
Transit damage
Keep the shipping materials and report damage promptly with images of the full item, affected area, parcel, label, and included parts.
Refund decision
After receiving and inspecting an approved return, or agreeing on another remedy, we issue an eligible refund to the original payment method. Some original delivery charges, duties, and fees may be non-refundable where permitted.
Exchange and timing
Exchanges depend on availability and may require a return and separate order. Banks and payment services can take additional time to post a refund. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
