Order processing
We generally prepare orders within 1–5 business days after payment authorization. Holidays, demand, inventory checks, verification, and unusual events may extend this period.
Delivery timing
Any delivery window shown at checkout or in an order message is an estimate. Carrier delays, customs, weather, and destination conditions may affect arrival.
Tracking and parcels
Tracking is provided when available. Items may arrive separately because of size, protective packaging, stock location, or fulfillment routing.
Address accuracy
Provide a complete delivery address. Contact us immediately about errors; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Reshipment caused by an inaccurate or refused address may require a fee.
Duties and restrictions
Where checkout does not include import charges, the recipient may be responsible for taxes, duties, or brokerage. Destination and carrier restrictions may apply.
Lighting-product packaging
Glass shades, bulbs, metal fittings, cords, and multi-part fixtures may require protective packaging or separate parcels. Shipping-carton dimensions can differ from installed dimensions.
Damage or missing goods
Inspect the parcel promptly. Keep packaging and send the order number with photographs of the label, carton, packing, full item, and affected parts.

Delivery risk and other rights are governed by applicable law and the agreed sale terms; mandatory consumer rights remain in force.
